CVA offers 8 different health plans including High-deductible Health Plans with a Health Savings Account (HDHP with HSA), PPO Copay Plans, and HMO Health Plans (for Iowa residents) that best meets your needs.

High Deductible Health Plan - HDHP (HSA eligible)

• A High Deductible Health Plan combines a Health Savings Account (HSA), traditional medical coverage and a tax-advantaged way to help save for future medical expenses while providing flexibility and discretion over how you use your health care dollars.

PPO Plan

• A Preferred Provider Organization plan offers a lower deductible for inidividuals and families along with co-pays for office visits and emergency services.

 

HMO Plan

• Each member enrolled must select a Primary Care Provider.  The Iowa plan gives members access to 100% of the hospitals and 96% of doctors in Iowa. Premiums are reduced because cost share is lower for in-state care.
